I am intrigued by the mystery of, and what lies beyond, the universe. I like a lot of creations in it, which is why my reviews may cover many topics. I've been an epinions member since December 31, 2000. My good friend and epinionator mike.holmes, who joined a few days ahead of me, is the person responsible for me being here. I like writers here who are genuine, authentic, friendly, high energy, fair, circumspect, and down to earth.

In epinions, I like writing that is energetic and well informed. I try to make mine that way. I usually write about movies, books, and electronic gadgets.

Epinions won't make you rich, but here you will read about all kinds of things and you will find many views on many subjects. At the least, it is a good way to exercise your writing muscles. The fun is probably more in the highly interesting people you meet than anything else. The site- and the people who run it- and those who are the operatives within it- are not flawless. You may in time be disturbed by some of the pandering to corporate production nodes and the inexperience and hypocrisy among the operatives that goes on, for example. Yet even with some of the less than wonderful factors, over time things are probably moving in a generally healthy direction.

I'm out there on facebook if you are a facebooker. I think that is an actual healthy thing on the net. Look for the name "Ed Williamson" in your facebook search.
